1. Services Offered

10Table provides a reservation platform for restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, as well as the promotion and sale of culinary experiences and special events.

2. Reservations, Cancellations, and Refunds

At 10Table, we offer two types of reservations: Traditional Reservations and Confirmed Experiences. Each comes with its own set of policies:

2.1 Traditional Reservations

These reservations do not require prepayment. Guests pay directly at the restaurant or venue at the time of service.

• Advance Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

• No-Shows: If you fail to cancel in time or do not attend your reservation, it will be marked as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted access to future bookings.

• Credit Card Guarantee: Some venues may require a credit card to confirm your reservation. If you do not show up, a previously disclosed fee may apply.

2.2 Confirmed Experiences

These are pre-paid culinary experiences or events that require full payment at the time of booking.

• Non-Refundable: Once confirmed, these experiences cannot be cancelled or refunded, due to their exclusive or limited nature.

• Optional Rescheduling: Some providers may allow date changes if requested with sufficient notice and subject to availability. This is optional and at the provider’s discretion.

• Provider Cancellations: If the provider cancels the experience, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

2.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information during the reservation or purchase process. 10Table is not liable for incorrect or misleading information submitted by users.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, graphics, and materials on our Website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

5. Privacy and Security
